Warranty Information

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure item compatibility. Please check all items upon receipt.

  • Store warranty duration is indicated in the receipt.
  • Items submitted for warranty must include all original contents and packaging along with the receipt.
  • No receipt, no warranty policy
  • To claim a warranty, buyers must bring the item(s) to the store or arrange for shipping at their own expense.
  • Warranty claims are voided if items are mishandled, improperly integrated, or physically damaged (e.g., burnt, dented, cracked).
  • Tampering with warranty stickers will void the warranty.
  • Overclocking may also void the warranty.
  • Defective items requiring warranty service are subject to return and RMA procedures.
  • No cash refunds will be issued.
