Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
Upon order confirmation, please expect an email from sales@pcqonline.com with shipping options.
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days upon payment confirmation depending on your chosen logistics provider.
Same day delivery option is available for Metro Manila orders placed up to 2pm.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a notification with order tracking details once your order is on its way.
Warranty
What is the warranty policy?
All items/claims for warranty are carry-in. PCQ Online reserves the right to determine whether merchandise is defective.
Warranty is void if the product is damaged due to mishandling, incorrect installation, or physical harm like burns, dents, or cracks.
What items are eligible for warranty?
Items are eligible for warranty as long as it is still within the warranty period indicated on the sales invoice. Items must be complete with all original contents and packaging as well as the sales invoice.
Payment
What are your payment options?
We accept online bank transfer, credit card (in store payment only), QRph (Gcash, Maya), cheque payments (subject to 3 banking days clearing).
Credit card payments (Visa/Mastercard) are accepted in-store only, upon item pick up. Orders still need to be placed online to reserve your item. Kindly pick the Credit card on pick up payment option upon check out.
Do you have installment plans?
Installments are currently offered in store via Home Credit. Kindly contact us for more details.
