Delivery Information
Orders are processed through email or live chat during regular business hours, unless further verification by a billing specialist is needed. We may need to contact you by phone to confirm your order. We will strive to deliver your order promptly, and if any issues arise, we will reach out to ensure timely delivery.

- Sunday: CLOSED
When reaching out about your order, please provide your full name and the items you ordered to expedite the process. Due to the high volume of orders we receive weekly, just your email address or name may not be sufficient for quick identification. To ensure we receive your inquiry, please refrain from sending emails with attachments. A delivery fee applies. For assistance, please contact us. If your order has not arrived, reach out with your name and the items ordered.
Shipping Details
If you have a preferred branch for pickup, please include that information in your order notes. Arrangements for item pickup from the branch are the responsibility of the customer.- Freight charges will be collected from the buyer for both orders and returns.
- The buyer assumes all risks during transit; our responsibility ends once the merchandise is handed over to the courier.
- Payment via bank deposits or money transfers is required for items being shipped, and items will only be released after deposit verification.
- Shipping fees will be communicated via email after checkout and are to be covered by the buyer. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Other shipping options may be available upon request; however, if you choose uninsured shipping, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.
- Information regarding international shipping can be provided upon request.
- PCQ reserves the right to cancel and refund orders if complications arise concerning stock availability.
