Shipping Details

• Freight charges will be collected from the buyer for both orders and returns.
• The buyer assumes all risks during transit; our responsibility ends once the merchandise is handed over to the courier.
• Payment via bank deposits or money transfers is required for items being shipped, and items will only be released after deposit verification.
• Shipping fees will be communicated via email after checkout and are to be covered by the buyer. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Other shipping options may be available upon request; however, if you choose uninsured shipping, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.
• Information regarding international shipping can be provided upon request.
• PCQ reserves the right to cancel and refund orders if complications arise concerning stock availability.

Warranty Information

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure item compatibility. Please check all items upon receipt.

• Store warranty duration is indicated in the receipt.
• Items submitted for warranty must include all original contents and packaging along with the receipt.
• No receipt, no warranty policy
• To claim a warranty, buyers must bring the item(s) to the store or arrange for shipping at their own expense.
• Warranty claims are voided if items are mishandled, improperly integrated, or physically damaged (e.g., burnt, dented, cracked).
• Tampering with warranty stickers will void the warranty.
• Overclocking may also void the warranty.
• Defective items requiring warranty service are subject to return and RMA procedures.
• No cash refunds will be issued.

Payment Information

Always check for stock availability as some items may need to be ordered from suppliers.

• Cheque payments require 3 banking days for clearance.
• Full payment is necessary for orders that are special requests or reservations.
• Products will be reserved until 6 PM on the next business day; please ensure that payment and proof of payment are submitted by this deadline.
• Credit card payments (Visa/Mastercard) are accepted in-store only, upon item pick up. Orders still need to be placed online to reserve your item. Kindly pick the Credit card on pick up payment option upon check out.
