High-volume scanning
Built for demanding, high-volume workplaces, Brother’s range of Kofax certified desktop scanners allow busy departments to batch scan and archive a larger number and wider variety of documents quickly and easily. From batch scanning large volumes of very thick or thin paper documents to multi-page, mixed batch media, through to embossed plastic cards, all can be scanned continually with the help of a Separation Switch.
Automatically route documents with barcodes
Reduce the labour-intensive task of scanning several documents, saving and then renaming files. Barcode Utility enables documents that have a barcode to be scanned and saved to the required location, automating the separation of a batch of documents and routing each individual file to the designated folder on your network.
Easy Maintenance
Reduced maintenance costs and downtime due to the high-volume scanning capacity and reliable roller mechanisms. Easy access to the paper path allows you to clear any paper jams and the CIS Cleaning Alarm reminds you to clean the unit when required, without having to call a service centre.
